Refund policy

At Easysight, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Exchange Policy We offer a free exchange within 7 days of delivery if your glasses do not fit or if you are not satisfied with your order. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 318 3632528 or email us at easysight@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Prescription Lenses Custom prescription lenses are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded. If you shared the wrong prescription by mistake, send the glasses back with the correct prescription and we will remake the lenses. You will only pay for the new lenses plus a Rs. 200 service fee. If the error was on our end, the remake is completely free with no additional charges.

Non-Prescription and Zero Power Lenses Frames and non-prescription lenses can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Refunds Refunds are not available on custom prescription orders. For eligible non-prescription items, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
