Shipping policy

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Order processing

Every order is quality checked before it leaves us. Prescription orders may need extra processing time depending on the lens type.

Shipping charges

Orders above Rs. 3,500 ship free. Orders below Rs. 3,500 carry a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200.

Tracking

We share a tracking number by WhatsApp once your order is dispatched, so you can follow it in real time. Courier delays happen sometimes. We keep you updated if they do.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay online, using the payment options shown at checkout (card, bank account or mobile wallet, where available).
