Shipping policy

Delivery Time All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched so you can follow your order in real time.

Shipping Charges Orders above Rs. 3,500 qualify for free shipping. Orders below Rs. 3,500 are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200.

Cash on Delivery Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay only when you receive your order.

Order Processing All orders are quality checked before dispatch. Custom prescription orders may require additional processing time depending on lens type.

Tracking A tracking number is provided for every order via WhatsApp or email once dispatched. Occasional courier delays may occur but we will keep you updated.

Coverage We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. For remote areas delivery may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
