We cover manufacturing faults for 6 months from delivery. That includes lenses cut wrong against the numbers you gave us. If a pair fails on us, we make it right.
What the warranty covers
Manufacturing faults, for 6 months from the day your order reaches you. A frame that fails at a hinge or weld, a coating that lifts, a lens that was not cut to your order.
A lens cut wrong against the numbers you gave us is our fault, and it is covered the full 6 months. The remedy is a fresh pair or replacement, not a refund. Refunds live in the 14-day return window, which the returns page covers.
How to make a claim
Send us your order number and a photo of the problem on WhatsApp, or use the form on the returns page. We acknowledge it the same minute it reaches us, and we decide within 24 to 48 hours.
For a lens that feels wrong, we run a simple check. We measure the returned lenses against the numbers on your order. If our cut is off, the remake is free under warranty. If the numbers on the order are off, we remake at the lens price plus Rs 200. You are told which it is, with the measurement behind it.
What we do about it
A free remake or replacement of the faulty pair. For a prescription pair, that means the whole pair made again, lenses included, at no cost. One replacement per claim.
You send the pair back first. We check it, then send the replacement out. A warranty claim is never settled with cash. The remedy is a working pair.
What the warranty does not cover
A change in your prescription is not a fault, so a new prescription is a new pair. Accidental damage, a drop, a scratch from daily use, or normal wear over time are not covered either.
If you are not sure which side of the line your case sits on, send the photo anyway. We will tell you plainly, with the reason.
How long it takes
We acknowledge every claim the same minute it reaches us on WhatsApp. We reach a decision within 24 to 48 hours. Once a remake is approved, we keep you posted as it is made and sent.
