The return and exchange window is 14 days from the day your order reaches you. One window, one set of terms, for every order.
Inside that window you can exchange your frame, or return it for a refund. After it, prescription pairs are made again rather than refunded, because the lenses are cut for you. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults for 6 months. The warranty page has that part.
Want a different frame
You can exchange for any frame in the range. If it costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference. One exchange per order for a change of mind.
You send the first frame back and pay that courier leg. We pay to send the new one out. Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, the new frame ships.
If we sent the wrong frame or it arrived faulty
That is on us. You choose: a free replacement, or a full refund including what you paid for shipping.
Send the item back first. We check it, then send the fix out and put your return courier cost back to you over WhatsApp. Tell us up front with a photo so we can move quickly.
If your lenses feel wrong
Tell us and send a photo. We measure the lenses against the numbers on your order.
If our cut is off, the remake is free under warranty, for the full 6 months. If the numbers on the order are off, we remake at the lens price plus Rs 200. Either way you are not stuck with a pair you cannot wear. The warranty page covers the lens check in full.
What condition we need it in
Send the frame back in its original condition, unused, with the case and cloth. Trying it on is fine. Of course you tried it on. That is not held against you.
We ask for a photo before you send anything back. We do not ask for a video.
How refunds work
Refunds happen inside the 14-day window. Past it, prescription pairs are remade rather than refunded.
If you paid by card, the refund goes back to your card. If you paid cash on delivery, we send the refund online, to your bank, Raast, or wallet, with a reference number you can check. We confirm the rail with you when your refund is approved.
Sending it back
For now, you book the courier and send the return to us. We will share the return address and a rough cost when your return is approved. A return leg usually runs about Rs 200 to 400.
We are working on picking returns up from you. That is coming, and we will say so here the day it is live.
