Inside your 14 days you can swap your frame for any other frame in the range. Pick the new frame, choose lenses for it, and you see a running total before you commit. You send the request to a person on WhatsApp, who confirms the exact number and settles it with you. Nothing is charged until you both agree.

On prescription pairs, yes. The new frame needs new prescription lenses, cut fresh for it. The lenses in your current pair were cut for that frame and cannot move across, so they are not reused or credited. Sunglasses and non-prescription frames usually need no new lens charge.

When the new frame and lenses come to less than your old frame, the difference goes to your Easysight account as store credit, not cash. It does not expire and you can spend it on anything, anytime. We will tell you it is there.

Sometimes returning is cheaper. Inside your 14 days, a full refund of your original pair, frame and lenses, can come to less than an exchange, because an exchange charges a fresh full-price lens. We show you both numbers and a person helps you pick. We will never push you toward the costlier one.

Store credit is a balance on your Easysight account. It does not expire, and you can spend it on anything, anytime. You reach it by signing in with your email. If we do not have your email yet, the person handling your exchange sets it up with you.

14 days from the day your order reaches you. The same 14 days cover a return for a refund or a one-time exchange for a different frame.

A person reads your details, confirms the exact number with you, and settles it either way. If you owe, they send a secure way to pay. If you have credit coming, it lands on your account. Nothing is charged or credited until you both confirm.
