Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. For customer satisfaction we provide convenient return policy for you. You would have 7 days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return.
There are some conditions for full and partial refund.
You can get full refund ( Exclusive of Shipping Charges ) on following conditions:
(i) If you have received damaged pair.
(ii) If you order is lost in transit.
(iii) If your received order is not that, what you have ordered.
You can get partial refund in some conditions
Partial refund will be full frame price but without lens cost, shipping and any discount will be excluded from refund (Full and Partial Both)
Partial Refund Conditions will be:
(i) You have ordered it but after receiving you have changed your mind.
(ii) You think it’s not looking good on your face.
(iii) Your prescription is imperfect by either your eye practitioner or uploaded or entered wrong by yourself.
* SHIPPING CHARGES will be given by you on sending back the glasses to us.
You can feel free to contact us within 7 days of receiving order. After inspection and verification we will try our best to resolve your issue in best possible manner.
You can exchange your eyeglasses on some conditions but shipping charges will be paid by you .
You can exchange the product with other product with difference of money
