Easysight.pk ensures that customers get their Full Payment back without any hassle. The item must be Unused, in Original Packaging, and with Proof of Purchase. At Easysight.pk, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged product, if your order is lost in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, we will refund your full payment (excluding shipping charges). If the glasses don’t suit you, or you simply change your mind, you will still get a refund for the frame price.
Custom Prescription Lenses are non-refundable unless defective.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-defective items.
You are allowed to keep only the custom prescription lenses from the frames before returning them.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can easily exchange your glasses within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process to get you the right product.
If the exchange involves a price difference between the two products, you will be required to pay the additional cost for a higher-priced item, or we will refund the difference for a lower-priced item.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will begin the quality inspection, which usually takes 1-2 days. After the inspection, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
